Selection Timeline
As per the national Alpha Omega Alpha guidelines, up to 1/6 of the graduating class may be elected in total:
- Up to 1/12 of the class will be elected during the spring of their junior (MS III) year.
- Another 1/12 of the class may be elected during the fall of their senior (MS IV) year.
Students will be notified at those times if they are eligible for application to AΩA. After all applications have been submitted, applicants will be notified several weeks later whether or not they have been elected. Those who apply in the spring of their junior year but are not elected at that time may re-apply in the fall of their senior year.
