Fundraising
AΩA coordinates several fundraising activities throughout the year to
help fund other programs that it offers such as case conferences and the
induction dinner. Some successful activities in previous years have included
bake sale and date match fundraisers. All of the money raised goes back
to support the local chapter of the organization, and all activities also help
to familiarize the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year student with the organization. Some
other ideas for the future include a t-shirt sale, book sale, medical school
survival guide, and wine tasting.
