Background

Strategic planning is an ongoing process that enables an institution to define its mission, vision, values and goals as well as the strategic initiatives and resources required to achieve its goals. Our Strategic Plan has been developed over the last three years through Engaging Excellence and a robust planning process that incorporates the initiatives outlined below.
