Key Performance Indicators

Key Performance Indicators provide the high-level view of the overall health of an organization.

Upstate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) measure the progress Upstate is making toward meeting its five strategic goals.

In addition to providing powerful information on our performance, KPIs show opportunities for improvement.
