A: Women and Heart Disease- A Comprehensive Review (session repeats at 12 noon and 2 pm)

Join the experts to discuss prevention of heart disease in women as well as congestive heart failure, aortic aneurysms, carotid stenosis, peripheral arterial disease, and more. Learn how symptoms may differ from men and how that may cause an under diagnosis in women.

Learn the answer and learn how addressing the “4 Pillars” of Nutrition, Physical Exercise, Stress Management, and Spiritual Wellness can help keep you heart and your life in better health.

Staying calm and managing stress is a gift to the heart! Learn about the healing nature of our foods, how the healing process is aided by creativity, the heart healthy benefits of physical activity, and how breathing exercises like those in Hatha yoga can improve symptoms related to stress.
