Move 5K Run/Walk/Wheelchair Race

The Upstate Physical Therapy Club invites Upstate students and alumni to form teams for the second annual Move 5K Run/Walk/Wheelchair Race. The MOVE 5k includes a trail run/walk around Green Lake and Eound Lake and a wheelchair road race, a kids’ fun run and a post-race expo focused on healthy lifestyles. The trail run is relatively flat, and the adaptive wheelchair race is a challenging course which includes steep ascents/descents.

Teams of three to five participants will compete in the "Physical Therapy Challenge" in the 5K (3.1-mile) race. The team with the best average time per runner will win a prize package. *Note - the challenge is exclusive to students and alumni, however, the race/walk is open to the public.
