Sleep Day: April 12, 2019
In 2016 the Upstate Sleep Center hosted the inaugural Upstate Sleep Teach Day which provided education on Pediatric and Adult sleep topics. On April 12, 2019 the Upstate Sleep Center will be hosting the third Upstate Sleep Teach Day.

Lectures will Include
- How to integrate the management of sleep disorders into your practice
- Sleep disorders are modifiable risk factors for hypertension, stroke, heart disease, vascular dementia and cancer.
- New developments in the management of sleep apnea
