SUNY Upstate President David Smith MD gave opening remarks at the Student National Medical Association event, “Struggles and Triumphs: Where We Have Been & Where We Are Going.” He is pictured with medical students Latoya Lawrence (SNMA president) and Samantha Jones (SNMA vice president).
