Thanks to the State of New York, Upstate offers its students an outstanding education at a far lower price than most private institutions.
The general SUNY rate for New York state residents (excluding medical students)
is $2,175 per semester for undergraduate students and $3,450 per semester for
graduate students. The annual figures vary in the College of Health Professions
because many of the programs include summer courses.
