Traveling Route 81 North, exit at Adams Street (Exit #18), turn left at Harrison Street (2nd traffic light), turn left into the customer-paid parking lot at 550 Harrison Center.
Traveling Route 81 South, exit at #18. At the bottom of the ramp, veer left under Route 81. Take a right at the first light, and take the first left into the customer-paid parking lot at 550 Harrison Center.
Traveling the NYS Thruway, exit at #36, then follow directions for Route 81 South.
Traveling 690 West, exit at Townsend Street. Turn left onto Townsend Street. Turn left at East Adams Street. Turn left into parking lot at 550 Harrison Center.
Traveling 690 East, take Route 81 South and exit at #18. At the bottom of the ramp, veer left under Route 81. Take a right at the first light, and take first left in the customer-paid parking lot at 550 Harrison Center.
Our offices are located on ground level to provide easy patient access. Both x-ray and physical therapy facilities are located adjacent to our offices, on the same level. There is convenient customer-paid parking available at this location.

Traveling east or west on Route 690, follow to 481 South. Take Fayetteville Exit 3E (Route 5). Stay in the right lane and follow signs to Route 92 (Manlius). Follow Route 92 into the Village of Manlius and continue until intersection with Route 173 (West Seneca Street). Continue straight through intersection, down hill, and make first right into our rear parking lot.
