How to Take a History—Pathological Entities

Pathological entities which can potentially cause the lesion in this imaging study

(OK, budding neuroradiologists, diagnosis?)

    Pathological Entity Example of lesion
    Congenital calcification
    Vascular hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH),
    cavernous angioma
Degenerative ICH due to amyloid angiopathy
    Trauma shear injury
    Infection abscess, usually ring-enhancing though
Tumor primary or metastatic tumor of brain (bleed or calcification)
    Inflammatory vascultits-induced ICH
"Medical" small intracerebral hemorrhage due to coagulopathy
