Teachers' Guide

Most poisonings are unintentional. They are not supposed to happen but they do. When they do, we are ready to take your call 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.

The Upstate New York Poison Center (UNYPC) has designed this Teaching Program to acquaint you with specific information regarding poison and poison prevention so that you, in turn, will be well equipped to educate others as to the potential dangers of poisonous products as well as what to do in a poison emergency.
