The current research focus of the Wojcikiewicz lab is the degradation of IP3 receptors and other endoplasmic reticulum proteins by the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway. We are particularly interested in novel proteins and mechanisms that mediate endoplasmic reticulum protein degradation.
