Morrow is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at SUNY-Upstate Medical University and the Director of Preventive Services at the Onondaga County Health Department, Syracuse, New York.
Dr. Morrow teaches preventive medicine to medical students in both basic science and clinical years. Dr. Morrow is very active in bioterrorism preparedness and in developing plans for control and prevention of communicable diseases.
