Rejection Causes: | To ensure accurate results, a patient's viral load must be greater than 1000 copies/mL before this test is performed. Therefore, an order for HIV quantitative PCR must accompany the trofile assay request or the laboratory must have on record a quantitative PCR result within the previous 2 weeks. Completed Monogram Biosciences Requisition required. |
