click here for bus schedulesThe SUNY Upstate Medical University Parking Office is charged with the operation and administration of the parking program established by the University. The SUNY Upstate Medical University's objective is to provide parking for its patients, visitors, students, and staff.

The SUNY Upstate Medical University's Parking Program is self-supporting and therefore, parking fees are required to maintain, secure, and improve its facilities.

Parking is available at several on-campus surface lots, two parking garages, and off-campus locations. Parking assignments are determined by the University's current needs.

The Parking Committee, representing various groups, is responsible for reviewing, recommending, and approving changes in parking policy.

The Department of Public Safety provides security for all on-campus parking facilities. Security for off-campus facilities is provided by Public Safety or through contract services.

Use of the parking facilities at Upstate Medical University is a privilege. Abuse, i.e. violations, of parking policy may result in removal from the parking system. See list of violations in VIOLATIONS section.

Hours of operation at the Parking Office are:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
