Dr. Deshaies speaks to YNN about the rise of strokes in young patients

Upstate University Hospital neurosurgeon Eric Deshaies speaks to YNN's Sarah Blazonis about the increase in stroke for people between 15 and 34 years old. A national study found that the rate of stroke in individuals younger that 55 has increased to nearly 20 percent in 2005. Deshaies says healthy eating habits and exercises can lower one's stroke risk.  Check out the report at: http://goo.gl/oTSGw. For more on Upstate's stroke, go to: http://www.upstate.edu/stroke/
