Weiskotten Hall is in full bloom in March 2012

The courtyard of Weiskotten Hall on the Upstate Medical University campus is already in bloom thanks to the unseasonably warm weather in the Upstate New York. Daytime temperatures have been in the upper 70s and low 80s for almost a week bring a colorful welcome to the first days of spring.
