Syracuse Crunch skate into Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital for a visit.

The Syracuse Crunch skated into Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital complete with hockey sticks and a net to show off their skills and sign autographs for patients, like Ryan from Rome, N.Y.
