Upstate Medical University’s Auxiliary to present “Mystery and Merlot” Jan. 27
Central New Yorkers are invited to take part in an enjoyable evening of wine-and-cheese sampling, dinner, mystery theatre and more when the SUNY Upstate Medical University’s Auxiliary presents “Mystery and Merlot,” Thursday, Jan. 27, beginning at 5:30 p.m., in the Grand Ballroom at the Radisson Plaza-Hotel Syracuse. The event is co-presented by the Nursing Recognition Committee at University Hospital. Radio Station 93Q serves as a promotional sponsor.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Auxiliary’s “We Have a Little Emergency” car seat and helmet identification program and Nursing Recognition programs at University Hospital of the SUNY Upstate Medical University (formerly known as the SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse).
The evening includes wine-and-cheese sampling, theatre (featuring players from the Fulton Community Theatre with a special appearance by Ted Long and Amy Robbins of 93Q; dinner (vegetarian entree will be available); and a silent auction. Parking in the Hotel Syracuse garage will be validated.
Reservations to “Mystery and Merlot” will be accepted through Wednesday, Jan. 19. The fee is $50 per person; businesses and organizations are invited to take advantage of one of two sponsorship packages.
