Depression in elderly diabetics may not hinder control of blood sugar, study finds

Endowment fund for lung cancer research created in memory of non-smoker

Scheinman named ‘Officer in Charge’ of SUNY Upstate; will serve in that capacity until new president is appointed
SYRACUSE, N.Y.— Steven J. Scheinman, M.D., has been named “Officer in Charge” at SUNY Upstate Medical University. The appointment, effective June 1, was made by State University of New York Chancellor John Ryan.
As officer in charge, Scheinman will assume responsibilities normally handled by the SUNY Upstate president until a new president is appointed.
