Syracuse, NY is located in Onondaga County which is considered to be the Center of New York. Our central location means we’re within five hours of every major metro in the east, including New York City, Boston, Toronto, Washington, D.C., and Philadelphia. Renting vs. Buying Tips

Many landlords and apartment complexes utilize Craigslist as a place to advertise their properties for rent! Sometimes you can find a great “Move In” deal on Craigslist that you won’t be offered if you just visit the property.
Sometimes you can find a nice house or part of a house to rent that offers more than the typical apartment building. If you decide to go this route, make sure you ask about snow removal, utilities, parking, etc., as those are things that can add cost or inconvenience.
