Career Advisory Network

The Medical Alumni Association Career Advisory Network gives students the opportunity to get in touch with alumni and benefit from their experience, knowledge and wisdom. This is a wonderful opportunity to mentor a student about a specialty or residency program that they may want to pursue. It also provides alumni the opportunity to get in touch with each other. 7th Annual Career Advisory Network Dinner

Second and third year Upstate College of Medicine students, on both the Syracuse and Binghamton campuses, will have the chance to network and share a meal with alumni, faculty, residents, and staff members representing numerous medical specialties at this very special event.

Syracuse

Monday, January 7th, 2013
9th floor dining room of Weiskotten Hall, 5:30-8:00 p.m.
An Italian Buffet will be served!

Binghamton

Tuesday, January 29th, 2013
at Wilson Hospital from 6:30-9:00 p.m.

How the evening works: Approximately every 30 minutes during the event an announcement will be made for the students to rotate from tables of medical specialties providing them the opportunity to meet with a variety of mentors and explore various career paths.

This event, which is hosted by the College of Medicine Alumni Association, is looking for mentors and MSII and MSIII students to participate.
