Insurance

All international students enrolled at SUNY Upstate are required to purchase health insurance and medical evacuation/repatriation either through SUNY Upstate or through private sources. If you do not purchase this plan, you may be required to prove that your health insurance is comparable.

Graduate students who receive assistantships are provided with benefits, including a low-cost health care package.
