What We Do

The Help Desk is the main point of contact for all computer related services at Upstate Medical University. We work closely with all IMT departments to ensure your requests are handled efficiently and promptly. 

Help Desk services include:

• Resolution of computer hardware and software problems
• Guidance in the use of our educational, business and clinical applications
• User account requests
• Assistance with value added services such as wireless, remote access and mobile e-mail
• Purchasing assistance
