Purpose: To afford manager's of temporary agency staff the required orientation materials that should be completed prior to beginning work at University Hospital.

Safety at Work (SAW) and Right to Know Education

Copies of the SAW and Right to Know self studies can be obtained from OTD, email OTD@upstate.edu or 4-5463.
SAW and Right To Know can also be completed via the web

HIPAA/Privacy Practice Education

• HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)
• Signed HIPAA Privacy Rule Education Completion Certificate *after completing below HIPAA self study
