RN 90-Day Retention Program

Description: University Hospital is excited to announce a NEW positive initiative to impact nursing retention. This one-hour program is intended for newly hired GN/RN and GPN/LPN nursing staff. New staff will be prescheduled to attend a focus group/open forum format, intended to discuss your initial onboarding and department orientation experiences.

Managers: Please register your NEW nursing staff for a time-slot that is conducive for you and the employee.
