RN 30-Day Retention Program

Description: University Hospital is excited to announce a NEW positive initiative to impact nursing retention. This one-hour program is intended for newly hired GN/RN and GPN/LPN nursing staff. New staff will be prescheduled to attend a focus group/open forum format, intended to discuss your initial onboarding and department orientation experiences.

Additional Information: Program directly follows Multi-Disciplinary Orientation Program (MDO) and staff are scheduled to attend at the time of hire.
