Responsible for activities related to compensation, position classification, performance management, and JCAHO compliance to include: classification and establishment of positions, market analysis, salary reviews, annual UUP, M/C, and Research Foundation salary adjustments, and FTE allocations. Manages and coordinates the performance appraisal process for CSEA, PEF, UUP and Council 82 represented employees, M/C and Research Foundation employees, and Human Resources related Joint Commission compliance activities. Maintains HRIS systems and related workforce data.
