- Exceptional Family Resources Manual
This 2008-2010 resource manual provides information on a variety of services available in the community. Listings include assistive technology, counseling, groups, financial assistance, as well as vocational and educational programs, just to name a few.
This manual includes listings for Cayuga, Cortland, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, and Oswego counties. Funding for Exceptional Family Resources is provided by the Onondaga County Department of Mental Health, New York State Office of Mental Retardation, New York State Office of Children and Family Services, United Way of Central New York, Medicaid, grants, foundations, and private contributions.
