Based on your guidelines, we can communicate with your on-call providers through secure texts, cell phones or pagers. We can take messages for non-urgent matters that are emailed and/or faxed to your office real-time. All messages are HIPAA compliant. 

We also coordinate with Upstate Triage Center for seamless access to triage nurses for your patients. Appointment scheduling is also available.
