Definition of Albuterol: Albuterol is used to prevent and treat wheezing, difficulty breathing and chest tightness caused by lung diseases such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD; a group of diseases that affect the lungs and airways).

Definition of bronchodilator: A drug that widens the air passages of the lungs and eases breathing by relaxing bronchial smooth muscle.
