    Monday Mile
    The Monday Mile is a fun way to get in your daily exercise, it easily works into your schedule and helps to jump start your week. The weekly exercise recommendation is 150 minutes per week, that's just 30 min a day.

    Folksmarch Walkers
    Folksmarch is simply a group of people who walk. YMCA's throughout the world promote Folksmarches. Locally CNY Folksmarchs have been going on for 34 years and had about 400+ walks in that time. Each month a walk is in a different location. You can start any time between 8 am and 11 am on Saturdays and 1-3 pm on Sundays.

    First timers and Syracuse YMCA members- Free
    CNY YMCA members- $2
    Adults- $4
    Children 16 and under- $1
