    Meatless Monday is a program from SU Learner Center Healthy Monday. It is an option to choose a meatless meal and consider nutritional choices on Monday and to eat healthier all week.

    Monday Mile
    The Monday Mile is a fun way to get in your daily exercise, it easily works into your schedule and helps to jump start your week. The weekly exercise recommendation is 150 minutes per week, that's just 30 min a day.

    This is the first meeting for this location. The program runs for 6 weeks. Eat Right, Move, Lose (ERML) is a behavior-focused weight loss and weight management program. Meetings include a weigh-in, education, and 3-4 minutes of exercise.
