Yoga classes are being offered on Monday evenings from 5 PM to 6:15 PM in the Campus Activities Building, West Lounge. Classes run for eight weeks with drop in session rates available. Pilates classes are being offered on Tuesday evenings from 5:15 PM - 6:15 PM in the IHP gym. Pre-registration is required. Checks should be made payable to Pathway to Wellness or cash in the axact amount. Bring mat and wear loose, comfortable clothin.
