David fernandez: Firts Author

David Fernandez, an MD/PhD student, is first author, along with his advisor Andras Perl, MD/PhD, of two articles on lupus treatments published in scholarly journals.

"Dr. Perl has been extremely helpful in giving me opportunities to write review articles and encouraging me to write grant applications for fellowships, and in helping me to streamline and focus those documents," Fernandez said.
