Making an Appointment
Appointments are primarily made by physician request for consultation. Self referrals are accepted with proper supporting clinical records and for consultation purposes only.
Reminder calls are made by the secretarial staff 2-3 days in advance.
All new patients are
to bring all:
- Available records
- List of medications
- Insurance card to their initial visit
New patient consults should be prepared to spend a minimum of 1–1.5 hours in the office for an office visit which includes preparation, physician time, and discharge time. Subsequent visits will usually take less time, dependent on whether the patient is scheduled for a diagnostic test on the same day as their appointment.
