The CNY ADAC provides services to patients diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and to patients that carry a dual diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease and mental retardation or developmental disability.

Comprehensive care is provided along the continuum, with many patients seen in the early stages of dementia, and followed as the disease progresses from the home and office setting to skilled nursing facilities.

Currently, the ADAC physicians provide primary care to well over 2500 patients, with more than 50% diagnosed with dementia. In addition, our physicians provide consultations in the hospital setting for patients with dementia symptoms, and perform home assessments for those patients with dementia, but are too frail to leave their home.
