The Fellowship training program is based at University Hospital, which serves as a tertiary referral center in Central New York. University Hospital provides the full range of services found in an acute care setting.

The Program in Geriatrics has an active ambulatory care office that provides experience in both primary and consultative geriatric medicine. Our faculty provide care to residents in local skilled nursing facilties. Fellows are assigned a panel of patients in a skilled facilty and manage them under the supervision of a faculty member.

• Ambulatory Care/Geriatrics

Fellows work closely with area home care programs and agencies to provide services to elders in the home and community setting.
