Southern Tier of CNY CF family Support Group

Families affiliated with our CF center: Southern Tier of CNY CF family Support Group is a parent/child network providing emotional support, educational.

DreamSurfer Network

A project of Grant-A-Wish, DreamSurfer Network is a secure, counselor supervised support program for teenage patients ages 12-18 receiving treatment for life threatening illnesses. Through password-protected Websites, the program provides a community of friendship and understanding by linking patients throughout the world.

The confidentiality of the on-line support and educational network allows participants to openly express their thoughts and feelings with others experiencing similar circumstances.

PenPal Program

Through the Children's Hopes and Dreams Foundation, Inc.
