"We are a ten member family practice group none of which work greater than 50 percent of the time with the Family Practice Residency at St. Joseph's Hospital. At the time a student is assigned to the office there will generally be one first year Family Practice resident also in the office at the same time. The office generally has four MD's seeing patients on any given day. We do the full spectrum of Family Practice from obstetrics to pediatrics and geriatrics. We also do a number of procedures including colposcopy, casting and joint injections. Students are welcome to attend residency education programs at St. Joseph's Hospital including Grand Rounds, Family Practice Core Lecture Series and Thursday Noon Family Practice Lecture."

Driving Directions to Heritage Family Medicine:

Take 690E to the Fayetteville exit. Follow Route 5 (E. Genesee Street) past Wegmans to the light at Lyndon Corners (forms a fork) Take the left fork to continue on Route 5 towards Fayetteville. Go past the large shopping mall complex on your left and you will come to a light at the intersection of N. Burdick Street. Take a left onto N. Burdick Street. Continue on N. Burdick Street past the car dealerships. Medical Center Drive will be just past the car dealerships on the left hand side.
