Driving Directions to Dr. Freeman's office:

Take Route 81 North to Exit 30 (Cicero Exit). Take a left off the exit onto Route 31. Go approximately 1 mile on Route 31, Legionaires Drive will be on the right. The Cicero Health Center is next to the Post Office. Dr. Freeman's office (Family Medicine Associates) is the first suite on the left when you go through the sliding doors.

Dr. Freeman's office schedule is as follows:

Monday - 9:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesday - 12:00n - 8:00pm
Wednesday - 10:00am - 1:00pm
Thursday - 9:00am - 5:00pm
Friday - 9:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday - 9:00am - 5:00pm (every 8 weeks)
