  • Dr. Kolva graduated cum laude from Upstate Medical University in 1981. He went on to complete his residency at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center in 1984.  Dr. Kolva has held a faculty appointment with the Department of Family Medicine at Upstate since 1995.  Dr. Kolva sits on the Admissions Committee well as serves as RMSP Course Director.  Dr. Kolva can be reached via e-mail at david.kolva@sjhsyr.org
