Take Route 81 North to the Central Square exit (approximately 20 miles). Take a left onto Route 49. Cross over bridge. The Health Center is just past a bowling alley on the left hand side of the road.

Dr. Feldman's office hours schedule is as follows:

Monday - 8:30am - 5:00pm
Tuesday - 8:30am - 5:00pm
Wednesday - 8:30am - 7:00pm
Thursday - 8:30am - 5:00pm
Friday - Dr. Feldman is off
Saturday - 8:30am - 12:00n (occasionally)
