The Accounting and Budgeting Office oversees the main Upstate Medical University's budget process and fills a key advisory role to the President for all financial matters. The budget and accounting area is responsible for the development, monitoring and auditing of individual department budgets. The area also serves as the local liaison for financial reports to the SUNY Central Office and the State Division of the Budget.
