The Dr. Garabed A. Fattal Community Free Clinic depends on charitable donations to provide much-needed medications to our patients free of charge. Checks and money orders should be made payable to:

Online donations can be made using the Upstate Medical University Foundation secure on-line donation site.
You must first register with SUNY Upstate Medical University Foundation..
Then proceed to the page where you will enter the donation and payment details.

in the "Designation" drop-down box to ensure that we receive your gift.
Drug Samples
The Community Free Clinic can always use donations of drug samples from pharmaceutical representatives and/or local medical practices. If at all possible, please drop these items off after 4:30 p.m. on Monday and Thursday evenings. If this is not possible, please call (607) 772-3519 to make other arrangements.
