The Dr. Garabed A. Fattal Community Free Clinic depends on charitable donations to provide much-needed medications to our patients free of charge. Checks and money orders should be made payable to:

Online Donations

You must first register with SUNY Upstate Medical University Foundation.

Then proceed to the page where you will enter the donation and payment details.
** Please choose Dr. Garabed A. Fattal Community Free Clinic in the "Designation" drop-down box to ensure that we receive your gift.

Drug Samples

The Community Free Clinic can always use donations of unexpired drug samples from pharmaceutical representatives and/or local medical practices. If at all possible, please drop these items off after 4:30 pm on Monday and Thursday evenings. If this is not possible, please call 607 772-3519 to make other arrangements.
