The Dr. Garabed A. Fattal Community Free Clinic is physically located at 255 Front St, Binghamton, NY. You may drop off forms or other items during normal clinic hours on Monday and Thursday evenings. If you need to mail something to the clinic, please use the following mailing address.

If you need to ask a question about health records or test results, please call the Community Free Clinic at 778-3938 during clinic hours on Monday and Thursday evenings. Although the registration process begins at 4:30p.m., the doctors (and other medical providers) may not arrive until 5:00 p.m. If you need to ask about test results or wish to speak with a medical provider, you should call after 6:00 p.m.
