Environmental Scan Report

The results from the scan were used to create charges in the five key areas, with a separate team for each. Team members are drawn from each area, as well as from shared campus services.

In addition, these cross functional teams will
address needs related to:

  • Institutional Advancement
  • Intergovernmental Relations
  • Support Services
  • Information Technology
  • Marketing and Branding
  • Facilities and Space Utilization
  • Teams will meet from January to June 2007. In addition to identifying goals for their areas, team members will be empowered to find and fix problem areas immediately. The teams also will hold "town meetings" to keep their progress open to all employees and regular reports will be posted on this website.
