Tree Carter has demonstrated a keen interest in programs that foster mutual trust, respect & equality. She is a member of the President's Affirmative Action Committee, Black History Month Committee and Faculty & Staff Association for Diversity (FSAD). She is also, a member of the team that developed "The Diversity Experience" One-Day Workshops at Upstate.
