Making an Appointment

New Patients

All new patients are required to bring all:

• Records if not being send by their physician's office
• List of medications
• Insurance card to their initial visit

New patient consults should be prepared to spend a minimum of 30 to 60 minutes in the office for an office visit which includes preparation, physician time, and discharge time. Subsequent visits will usually take less time, dependent on what the patient is scheduled for.

Cancellations and appointments which must be rescheduled can most efficiently be handled by calling the necessary office.
