Making an Appointment

Initial appointments are made with Dr. Vanderhoff (464-3120). Most appointments occur within 5 school days of the initial call.

If the situation is urgent, same day appointments can be arranged. Once counseling has begun, appointments are scheduled between the student and counselor.

• If the secretary picks up, you may leave your message with her.
• If no one is available at the time you call, select extension 4 and leave a voicemail message for the Director.

In Person:

Stop by the Department of Psychiatry at 713 Harrison Street (third floor, room 311) and ask to make an appointment.

Please Note: No student can make an appointment for a fellow student. All appointments must be set up by the person seeking services. If you are concerned about a friend or fellow student, you may set up a consultation appointment with the Director to talk about your concerns.
